RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Customised orders (made to your requirements and / or printed with your logo/artwork) are not eligible for exchange under any circumstances.

Returns (7 days — manufacturing defects only)

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only for items that are defective due to manufacturing issues.

To be eligible, the product must be:

  • Returned to us within 7 days from the date you received the shipment
  • Unused, in original packaging, with all labels/tags intact
  • In a condition that allows it to be sold as new

Return shipping: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Return authorisation (required)

  • Before shipping any return, please email our Customer Care team with your order details and a clear description of the issue (photos/videos if possible).
  • Please do not ship products without written return approval from Spentacorp.
  • Returns sent without prior written approval may be rejected, and Spentacorp will not be responsible for such shipments.

Improper returns

If a product is returned in violation of this policy (and you do not have any other legal right to return it):

  • We will not refund or exchange the product, and
  • We may hold the product until you pay any additional charges required to re-deliver it to you.

Replacements & refunds

  • For items confirmed to have a manufacturing defect, we will provide a replacement on a best-effort basis.
  • If the exact product is unavailable, we may offer an alternative product of equal value.
  • If we are unable to replace the product or provide an alternative for reasons beyond our control, we will issue a refund for the product value only, excluding original shipping charges and any incidental expenses.

Jurisdiction

Any disputes are subject to Bengaluru jurisdiction.
