He’s also certified in Executive & Business Coaching, and mentors other businesses when he’s not busy making gifting look effortless.

Off-duty? He writes funny movie reviews, cooks, and disappears on long drives (but always accessible to clients)

Deepthi is Spentacorp’s COO—the calm, sharp brain making sure everything runs smoother, faster, and better (and yes, clients notice).

She spent nearly 20 years in Learning & Development, training and coaching teams at Accenture, Titan, Bosch, Schaeffler, and more—so “people + process” is basically her superpower.

Now, as a business coach, she’s known for helping SMBs scale by unlocking what’s already there and turning it into real growth. She’s also a certified trainer from the Dale Carnegie Training Institute.

Off-duty, you’ll find her with classical music, dance, temple trails, mythology reads—and a long-term mission to become a pet parent to every dog breed on the planet.
